You get a nice king size or a queen size bed with clean bedsheet, pillow and blankets. The room is provided with a table and chair for study purposes and for work. You get a standard size looking glass which is big enough for a mirror. The room also comes with a wardrobe where you can put your belongings, hang your clothes and hide away your carry bags. The wardrobe is well built and clean. In some OYO rooms, there are paintings, artwork portrait and pictures which gives an aesthetic outlook. Depending on the budget and area, the room is installed with AC or ceiling fan. There are windows allowing natural lights in and for air circulation inside the room. Bathroom and toilet
You get a decently spacious bathroom and toilet which will generally come in one setting. The bathroom and toilet which comes together in a single compartment are installed with tiles. It is also provided with a faucet and a sink to wash your hands and face and also to brush your teeth with a vanity installed along with it. The bathrooms are generally clean and are provided with hangers to hang your towels and clothes. And trays or holders to keep you soap and shampoos.
There are also some complimentary products that OYO provides to the guest. These are biotic products which are custom made and manufactured by OYO Company for their clients. These biotic products are items like OYO’s hair oil, lotion, soap, shampoo etc. there items are quite helpful and convenient because when one is travelling, we often tend to forget miscellaneous thing like soap and hair oil. Depending on the price range of OYO hotel room, complimentary breakfast is also provided and affordable catering service inside the hotel. For each room, there is a land line telephone service which connects you to the front desk in case of any problem, difficulties, enquires or even ordering your breakfast and lunch. There is a lunch and breakfast menu in each room that you can look up and order when you don’t want to venture outside for meals. The hotel has well-trained hotel staff that can cater those services.
The hotels are provided with free wifi and good internet connection. However, no internet speed is relatively same throughout the states and places. And in some places, internet speed can be slow. The rooms are provided with cable TV and also Netflix in some OYO hotels. OYO Town House is a must-try for those who seek a good hotel stay and at affordable prices. In my personal experience and review, the rooms in OYO Town House are much bigger and better. The rooms are spacious and have great lightings with several windows which provide natural light inside the room.
There was also a personally comported extra table and chair for study and work purposes besides the general table and chair provided with power outlet to plug in your phone or laptop. There were study lamps on each side of the bed so that one can recline on the bed and read some books. Each side of the bed is provided with a mini table to keep your phone, books and small accessories. There were complimentary breakfast included and paid buffet inside the building with, all you can eat buffet. Book OYO town house and experience OYO through it.

You can check hotel listing and hotel chain through Oyo mobile app. Most Oyo properties and hotels have different property owners and gives different experience. But, what I like about them is the budget friendly and services they give. In addition, once you are stuck in any problem, calling oyo customer service is a good option. In addition, you can book car rentals or rooms and pay at the hotel.
I have booked and stayed at OYO hotels and others too. The hotel Oyo management system gives a better customer experience because they care about their services and rooms review. Worst experience with OYO
I usually didn’t come across a catastrophic bad experience with OYO hotel rooms. However, each individual has their own worst horrible experience and nothing is perfect nor does it always work according to your expectation. My worst experience is from a reviewed July experience. It was during the mid of summer where tropical places experience heavy monsoon shower. These kinds of places can be infested with mosquitoes and I was not an exception to escape the mosquito infestation. I had left my window open in the evening only to find a room infested with mosquitoes. So, I contacted the manager but they were of little help with their mosquito repellers and it was an awful sleepless night experience. So the next day, I went out and bought myself a more effective mosquito repellant for my second night and had a peaceful night.
Conclusion
I had a good overall experience with my stay at OYO hotel rooms. The hotel staffs are well trained in hospitality and services. The rooms are well maintained and always cleaned for every new guest. When I book hotels, I usually booked an OYO especially when you’re on a tight budget but wants comfortability and cleanliness. OYO hotels are a good option, as the rooms are affordable and decently reasonable.
You can get good services at star hotels but it is expensive to the common man and to shell out lots of money for such service at star hotel is not worth it when you can pay lesser for good service and experience from OYO hotels. When you traveled with friends and you’re on a leisure trip, I would highly recommend booking OYO town house for a better experience.
